Manager doesnt seem to know how to do his job, applied for apartment and I had to continually make trips back and forth several times to re do paperwork that was already done. I have even made trip out there before 4p m and doors were locked and curtains were closed, even though I was told that he would be available until 430pm Monday thru Friday. But, I have talked to matience man, whom is very helpful, and always has a smile. I have spoke to several residents of pebble ridge, and everyone has only had wonderful things to say about the matience man, and not much good to say about manager. more ... hide ...

I have lived at City Row for almost three full years now. I am sad to say i think i will be moving soon. The property is beautiful, affordable (if you meet the qualifications) and has great amenities.Things i love:-onlin e rent pay & service requests-pet policy (no monthly fee, but a non-refundable security deposit at sign)-community business room, tv room and terrace w/ grills-access to some basic cardio equipment-my energy efficient appliances-In-unit W/D in my studio apartment-location, easy walk to anything great in Madison-radiant heat+++-apartment managers (they have changed frequently) but they all have been great and responsiveI will say some items items like light switches have needed repair since i moved in. I think it is terrible That the people running this place are acting like wardens like it is a prison the elderly cant even talk in the hallways They have to be in there rooms by 10.00 pm. where do I start, I really regret living here the reason is I would like if the property or company manager sees this message because I want to say that is unfair that residents cant have a sticker for the second veh icle they own and the office lady lets her husband have five cars parked in the parking lot. How can the apartment owner let the lady from the office live in the say complex that she works for. Definitely management including Tiffany are very filthy she goes in to work with unprofessional attire and really dont sent maintenance when needed so you know I am not lying she live in the apartment 202 in the building facing the parking lot closer to the office. I dont recommend nobody to move here. No stars more ... hide ...
