The only thing I have to say at this point is that it takes forever for anything to get fixed here. I have literally waited so long for maintenence to come at one point, I figured out how to fix the issue myself. Now my stove isnt working and the carpet in my girls bedroom is soaked (due to a main water leak) and they havent been in to fix any of it yet. My apartment smells like mold and I cant cook anything. I feel like when I bring this up to the office, Im always brushed off as well. Its not okay... :/ I just want them to fix my stuff in a timely manner....*Ive had a work order in for my stove at the beginning of the week, and no one has come to fix it. Every time I ask about it, I get told that they are busy fixing AC units. HOW MANY AC UNITS DO THEY HAVE TO FIX TO WHERE THEY ARE FIXING THEM ALL DAY EVERY DAY? thats all I want to say to you guys now at this point. How many AC units are there to fix if every time I go over there to ask about ANYTHING, they are out fixing AC units?? more ... hide ...

I have been emailing and calling Clear Creek Apartments for the last two days. My application was recently denied because of a criminal background that I dont have. I was referred to called Corelogic. I called Corelogic and they informed me that they never reported a criminal background to Clear Creek Apartments, everything came back good. They are also sending me the report by mail. I have never been evicted or arrested. NO BACKGROUND what so ever. I refuse to rent with you all any further but I am Distraught at the fact that I was incriminated and will be getting me a lawyer because that kind of activity is unacceptable. Me and my son are borderline homeless and to get a email back saying my application was denied and next to the reason says criminal was very heartbreaking for me. I need answers ASAP. What would be the reason that you guys will do that to me? more ... hide ...

The young lady that helped me in the managers office was kind polite they have such a long waiting list youll be wasting your time because you got to wait so long to get a place it was nice well kept managed.. office was very nice respectful and professional only one thing the folks out there dont move out (.must be for good reason) what you can do is get on the waiting list and hope for the best I give it three stars and the managers office was very professional. more ... hide ...
