Yes, Ms. Sylvia is nice and will get you approved with the quickness (thats who Ill give the 1star to otherwise it would be 0 stars). Now if they can keep that same energy with work orders that would be great! Today I wa s FINALLY brought a replacement stove because my oven wasnt working and each time they worked on it the oven would break within a week. The oven they brought me was dirty. Frankly, I wouldnt recommend anyone that cares about their appliances and basic fixtures working to move here. Its all bills paid for obvious reasons. I recently received a notice that cars are being broken into... Again(I had my catalytic converter stolen at one point) When my money order for rent was stolen security should have been hired right then. The property hasnt had security for about 3 years now. I remember I went to the office because a resident was stalking me. I went to the office to file a complaint and figure out what I needed to do to protect myself and my children. Once I told them who he was they smiled and said oh thats Mr. So and So... hes harmless...He just probably likes you. They talked to him and he did stop. However, their response was unprofessional and highly insensitive. Ive had trauma in the past due to a stalker. I actually uprooted myself and kids to a different city. So I didnt appreciate how they handled that situation either.... I liked living at Parker Square at one point, but its became more of a headache then a place to call home more ... hide ...

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, I lived here with my family for 2+ years, Ive lived in the small apartments as well as the town homes both are remodeled very cheap both will have mold growing in your restroom with in 2 months t he small apartments have paper thin walls while in those units I could hear my upstairs neighbors every step. Also while I was living here we had one car broken into and then hit and totaled by a drunk driver as well as my truck had several times it was broken into and tried to steal it, when asked about the cameras that oversaw my truck was told they didnt see anything and there was dittily squat they could do. They have 1 dumpster for the whole complex that will be filled the day it is emptied by the city, there is also a laundry mat on the property that has 4 washers and dryers that are broken 50% of the time. The property manager is nice as well as the maintenance guys. more ... hide ...

It used be nice few years ago but lately too many thefts, robberies and roach/mouse infestations. Management keeps changing too. Gym never open. Rent goes up almost every year. Rebecca in front office is helpful and kind . The other lady Jackie is really rude and always speaks with high tone and shows attitude. Not recommended. Spend $100-200 per month more and go somewhere else. They are ok with maintainance issues. I will only recommend this place If you really tight on budget and if you dont mind some mice/roaches running around in your apartment. Also, be aware of people breaking into your car and apt. more ... hide ...

I have been living here for almost two years and this place is horrible. The water pressure sucks here. We have been without water 5 days now when they been having and on going problem with the water pressure since I bee n here. They keep saying its the city of Houston side, but when you call the City of Houston they say it the apartment side. The City of Houston has been out here almost everyday for the pass three month because of all the compliant they keep getting from the residence, but the City of Houston continue to say its on the apartment side and the apartment keep saying its on the City of Houston side. Now Im stuck with two kids and a husband and am unable to cook, take a shower or doing anything that has to do with water for the pass 5 day. About 2 weeks ago my husband went into the office for the same problem and they continue to tell the same lie. We need help here. We need solution NOW! This is unlivable!!!!! more ... hide ...
