If you are planning on moving here, I beg you to look elsewhere! It used to be nice but since the new ownership took over, the residents are treated absolutely horrible. Vernal Moore is the office manager and she truly needs help and training on how to treat people. She is very combative and seems to enjoy upsetting residents. She lies and I have never seen anything like this. The regional manager is a liar as well! I understand that these are harsh words but with my experience, these words are absolutely appropriate!They have one maintenance man that smokes marijuana in his car and they look the other way. He is beyond lazy. I want to make it clear, however that I am not speaking about Mike!Again, these experiences have only happened since Matrix sold the property In 2016. Management can not be trusted and if you are told anything, I would highly recommend getting it in writing! I honestly dont know how they keep their jobs.One thing that I am happy about and believe with all my heart is that you reap what you sow!!!I am moving soon and will be so happy to leave this place and never look back!!! more ... hide ...

Ive have been harassed over and over and over again I have made police reports and written statements. Does no good because its still happening. But because a fight broke out she wants to evict me when I wasnt even invol ved. All I asked another tenant was what was her problem and her son and about 10 of his friends started a fight. Even attacked my son in front of the police . This could have prevented if something had been done with the other tenant that has been causing problems for several months. Even hitting my 8 yr old grandson more ... hide ...

Income based. Apartments are over priced when compared to other apartment communities with pools, jogging tracks, weight, rooms, etc. It is one of the better maintained section 8 housing projects. At over 980 dollars a month it should be.Well over a dollar a square foot per month .The management averages being in your apartment about seven times a year. Not counting maintenance orders.Management does keep up with maintenance.That is why so many inspections.If you have a lot of out of pocket medical costs, it is hard to get management to deduct it from your rent per HUD guide lines. Even with canceled checks.I am up for re- certification in August. I will let you know how it goes. They went down a star because of out of pocket medical, lets see how re-certification goes.It is what it is. This is a good place to live if you have no income. more ... hide ...
