Made an appointment to tour this place. Called them and confirmed the appointment over the phone the day before. I get a text the day of, asking me to confirm my tour appointment, which I did. I leave work and skip my lu nch to drive over to this dump. I show up, nobody from the leasing office is there. I cant even buzz into the complex because they just dont answer the phone. USPS person gets me in. I knock on the leasing office door. No answer. I wait for 15 minutes past my appointment. Nobody comes. I continue to call the number and get no answer. What kind of business operates like this? The kind you dont want to give your money to or sign a 12 month lease with. The level of contempt and disrespect shown to future residents is pathological. If they cant manage a simple calendar, do you trust them to manage a property? Look elsewhere folks. These people cannot be bothered to care about you so why should you care about them? more ... hide ...

stayed here during 2014 I moved out. its under new management and they seemed to be improving a lot but during the time period I lived there management was horrible. was hardly ever in office during posted office hours. plumping was horrbile sink repeatedly got clogged and they moved to blaming tennants and making tennants pay $30 to get the repair man to fix it. neighbors were really rude! leave trash by your door make noise right by your door no matter what time of night it was. trash would be left all around pool. I wouldnt ever move back here more ... hide ...
