I informed them that they were not allowed to enter my unit after 3:00PM. However, when I checked my camera at 3:20PM, they had still broken into my residence. I called the office and requested them to leave by 3:40PM, but they were still in my unit at 3:45PM. I have the entire incident recorded on my camera. As of now, I have gone a full week without being able to use my kitchen sink, and I do not know how long this will continue. It is highly unlikely that they will be able to fix it this weekend.
I am currently living here, and I have not once been late on my rent. I would not recommend this place unless you are able to handle maintenance repairs yourself and are willing to pay for them. The issue started when I needed maintenance; I have been living without a functioning kitchen sink for 5 days. Despite talking to them both over the phone and in person, and even offering to do the repairs myself and leave the parts for them, they still haven't come to fix it. I have already noticed mold growing under the sink, which is causing a bad smell and may make you ill. If anyone develops any health issues due to maintenance problems while living here, please get in touch with me. We can work together to take them to court.more ...hide ...
