Berkshire apartments is easily the worst apartment complex in Colorado Springs. This was a terrible experience for me. If I could rate it with zero stars, I absolutely would! If I could rate it with zero stars, I absolutely would! My neighbors were always loud, maintenance never addressed issues, there was a lot of litter and pet waste on the grounds, and police were routinely summoned. It was never safe to take my dogs out after dark. During the winter, my apartment was always cold because the windows were not sealed or insulated. Snow would get into the apartment, and maintenance never came to fix it. The management is incredibly unprofessional; the current manager doesn't seem to care about the tenants. The last straw was when I moved out and they charged me for normal wear and tear, which they were supposed to repair but never did. I would never suggest anyone live at Berkshire apartments; I'm so glad I moved to a new place! more ... hide ...
