Epernay Apartments is a joke We have had terrible experience here and have lived here for a couple of years now Upon move in apartment carpet was not replaced paint was very sloppy dishwasher broke within two months of living here and it took 3 month Epernay Apartments is a joke We have had terrible experience here and have lived here for a couple of years now Upon move in apartment carpet was not replaced paint was very sloppy dishwasher broke within two months of living here and it took 3 months to get a new one Our air conditioner quit while I was pregnant and it took 2 months to receive a new one Upkeep has been terrible we were told to get mouse traps when we had a rodent issue as well as to buy ant deterrent when we had bugs beyond belief Our kids play outside almost daily and I have found broken glass plastic and trash all over the play area It doesnt matter how many times you call maintenance and put in a work order because itll take days before they show up one of our kids colored a square on our patio door and conveniently two weeks prior to us moving out they left a notice that the play chalk on the patio is a violation of our lease agreement and defacing of propertynI would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone more ... hide ...

Terrible experience We just moved out after a few years the only reason we stayed is because buying a home is hard When we moved in the apartment had not been cleaned there was a huge rip on the kitchen floor their solution was super glue and the wal Terrible experience We just moved out after a few years the only reason we stayed is because buying a home is hard When we moved in the apartment had not been cleaned there was a huge rip on the kitchen floor their solution was super glue and the walls had not been fixed or painted Constant mice and silverfish problem for this you are on your own as in buy you own traps and what not because they will do nothing about it EVERYTHING is broken You can turn in dozens of work orders and they will not fix it they left us without a shower for a week without an AC for a whole summer and without a garbage dispose for 6 months And the water heater is bipolar the water will constantly change from scalding hot to ice cold When you move out they will find any reason to keep your deposit 1 star because they movie night was cooland because you cant rate lower than a star more ... hide ...

The apartments are beautiful and the staff are very professional and caring
