I lived in my unit for almost three years although we like some things about this apartment washer and dryer in unit and the location Once Echelon management took over communication went downhill fast Maintenance has shown up more than once with no n I lived in my unit for almost three years although we like some things about this apartment washer and dryer in unit and the location Once Echelon management took over communication went downhill fast Maintenance has shown up more than once with no notice Once they told us maintenance would be coming with a 15 hour notice and they never showed up They gave people less than 13 hour notice to move their vehicles so they could seal the parking lot Speaking of parking if you own more than one vehicle be prepared to walk across the entire complex because parking is a joke Rent has gone up an outrageous amount you can live in much nicer apartments in town for the price youd pay for these apartments Dont let the new renovations fool you these are not luxury apartments more ... hide ...

Completed my move in inspection checklist and annotated everything that was dirty and disgusting upon move in April of 2021 and turned it into the leasing office and was acknowledged but nothing ever done about the dirtiness of the carpet or apartmen Completed my move in inspection checklist and annotated everything that was dirty and disgusting upon move in April of 2021 and turned it into the leasing office and was acknowledged but nothing ever done about the dirtiness of the carpet or apartment upon move in Due to a military PCS I moved out 8 months later My deposit was 600 for this apartment and 300 was taken from that deposit after move out for carpet cleaning cleaning and paint touch up when the apartment and the carpet was already dirty and smelled like cigarettes upon move in Management completely disregarded to compare the move in inspection checklist upon move out and carelessly charged for cleaning of the carpet and apartment when it wasnt even cleaned upon move in Upon move out the apartment was cleaned and left in better conditions than when I moved in Would not recommend these apartments management is absolutely garbage and are just looking to make a extra dollar off of their residents more ... hide ...

The last straw was when I moved out and they charged me for normal wear and tear, which they were supposed to repair but never did. Our kids play outside almost daily and I have found broken glass, plastic and trash all over the play area. It doesnt matter how many times you call maintenance and put in a work order, because itll take days before they show up. one of our kids colored a square on our patio door and conveniently two weeks prior to us moving out, they left a notice that the play chalk on the patio is a violation of our lease agreement and defacing of property.I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone. more ... hide ...
