The office manger Lisa is absolutely amazing she is always there to help her residents and goes above and beyond The apartment complex is very nice clean and quiet A great apartment for the price as well

Ive enjoyed living here at Walnut Bay and have had a wonderful experience with everyone The maintenance crews have been great and the apartment manager has been thorough with the upkeep and maintenance of the apartment buildings Five stars

Randy took pride in the condition of the apartments (inside and outside) and Betsy was genuinely dedicated to the tenants.There will always be drawbacks to living in an apartment no matter where you are: noisy neighbors, parking, delivery drivers that can't locate your place, but this can be reduced and alleviated by other factors and Betsy and Randy ensured that.For what it's worth, we seldom heard noisy neighbors (the sound between apartments is dampened quite well, the only noise that ever came through for us was through the landing or from the ground floor), and I never had an issue finding a parking space.The apartment was spotless, had excellent hardwood floors, dependable appliances, and nothing was damaged. Other reviews mention the same issue, so potential tenants should be aware. It is a common issue in multi-story apartment dwellings, and this property is not one of the better ones in this regard. It is advised to be wary of the property managers as well - they appear pleasant until you sign, but after that they are not so concerned.
