After paying to extend my lease while waiting for a response, I was denied due to outdated rental history, despite the fact that I had been a reliable tenant for the majority of my 3 years there and had evidence to back up my claim that my hours were cut due to COVID-19. To make matters worse, they sent out two emails during the three weeks I was waiting for an answer about plumbing issues resulting in the water being shut off. They repeatedly said my rental and employment verification had not been submitted, though both my employer and current property confirmed it had been submitted three times. It was the worst property management experience of my life and, to add insult to injury, there was no refund of my admin/application fees.
