	EL PASEO APARTMENTS PHASE II (3.2/5) (505) 897 - 8356 291 EL PUEBLO RD NW, LOS RANCHOS , NM 87114 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted Espers Gallegos (2.9/5) I lived here for two years and it honestly is a HIDDEN GEM. Id say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays, but I honestly didnt mind it. They gave you AT LEAST A 2 DAYS NOTICE ahead I lived here for two years and it honestly is a HIDDEN GEM. If you hate noise, the maybe this is not the place for you, but everyone who I lived next to followed the Quiet Hours rule (which is 10pm-7am). Maintenance requests were always fixed the same day and the staff is SO NICE and patient. They are very understanding and good with communication. The area also has very low crime rates and its a gated community, so you can trust your vehicle wont get stolen. OVERALL: 10/10, the neighborhood keeps to themselves, follows Quiet Hours, staff is friendly and understanding, and maintenance requests are ALWAYS fixed within 2 days. more ... hide ...
