dont have any money due to being scammed this month when I got my SSDI check and I tried to rent a home but apparently the guy trying to rent me the home wasnt the owner or realtor But I gave my entire check for the deposit and now Im living on 0 for this month Im also wanting to see if I qualify for any of the government state county city subdivision programs to assist with getting a home Im really needing a safe community and needing to find a disability program low income program 1st time home buyer program basically any assistance I can qualify for to help me get into a home But Im needing a 4 bed and 2 BATH or more baths Prefer 2 and half minimum bath And a 3 bed would be ok if it has a den or office for my daughter to do her school work in private and I can keep up with my SSDI SSI SNAP Medicare Medicaid United Healthcare saha section 8 plus all my daughters and sons stuff as well as all of our Medical since its all mostly on video chat or DocuSign or emails The only reason we prefer the 4 bedroom minimum is because we would be able to lock the room with the computer and all our important documents so that if we have guests they wont be able to enter and possibly go thru our information If possible an additional room would come in handy since I have round the clock 24 hours a day Providers and nurses and sometimes when Im sleeping and they can take a break I tell them to take a nap Its just me and the kids have thru so much with all our things getting stolen from us in April this year and it seems were always finding out something else is missing So my kids and I are trying to get a place big enough that the nurses providers guests and family wont need to enter the 3 bedrooms or the office space at all And with a 5 or 6 room we can set it up as break rooms for the ppl who has to enter our home Also we would need an open floor plan due to my wheelchair use when necessary So the place would need to be disabled accessible However Im not in the wheelchair 100 of the time only on bad days Unless a 2 story but a master bedroom on 1st floor Is there any possibility of getting the home and assistance and financing Id need to pay monthly And is it possible to get a place by the 21st November 2022 to move in before this date Im desperate This year has been the worst ever 1st my son died from covid Then funeral costs took almost all the money we were saving to get a home Then I was hospitalized for a month being in a coma for part of it And while hospitalized the to apartment got robbed and the car stolen To top it off we got behind on the bills but got rental assistance which we thought wed get caught up But we are still behind on bills Then this month we found a house to rent and I put my entire SSDI check as the deposit but was scammed SAHA is currently trying to get my funds returned as well as COSA is also attempting to get the funds As well I tried and am waiting for response on getting the funds returned So right now this month we currently have absolutely no money to get thru the month much less pay this months bills And its the holidays and coming up to the 1 year anniversary of my sons passing And we have to be out of here before the 21st at the latest Since we were actually supposed to be gone before September #*#*# hidden# And rn we are being charged full rent instead of the section 8 amount After the 21st we lose our section 8 completely and will have to get on the waitlist again Which will make us homeless And since Im very sick I might be able to be placed in the hospital and my kids will have to stay wherever they can each night So wed wind up seperation and not be together for the passing of my son 1 year anniversary Thanksgiving My daughter bday Christmas New years And idk how long wed be able to survive like that or even if we can My entire family has been falling apart since my son died and its like life is only getting worse for us We are just trying to obtain a stable place to live that we can call home and that cant be taken away from us But we need assistance to get this for us unfortunately Due to extremely low income Being that the only cash benefits I get is SSDI SSI of 859 and 2 along with snap of 161 So I realize this is probably not a doable thing Im requesting but Im attempting everything at this point And its like theres nothing that can be done for us at all With
