This place is absolutely horrible, our car has been broken into 5 times now. the rent is so over priced and they could careless about the residential safety or well being, avoid at all cost unless you want to worry about paying hundreds of $ week to fix your car . Ive been at Parkview Terrace for about 9 months and Im really liking it! Past reviews have complained about management, but the current property manager is a real stand up gal. When I moved in there were some issues but eventually they were resolved.I love the area, easy access to trails and shopping. ~10 mins from Belmar. The townhouse layout is nice-- no neighbors upstairs or downstairs to worry about. Its pretty quiet here. It isnt the fanciest place but Ive found it is everything I need. more ... hide ...

If I could press on 0 ratings I wouldve! This place is scamming their residents left to right! Me and my husband were put through a lot while living there and was getting charged on fees after fees! They will send yo u to collections for no damn reason and will never explain what you need to do or why you own an specific amount. They will just tell you to review your lease. The office stuff arent helpful at all and wont make your living easy. Please just take your money elsewhere where it will be respected and will be worth it! more ... hide ...
