I absolutely love living here at Terra Vista. The office and staff are so kind and are willing to work with you. Im currently going through a nasty divorce, I have never experienced such a kind group of people who are he re to help you. The location is perfect with a nice grassy park for you and your family to enjoy. Being so close to Denver youll be able to enjoy the short drive into the city. Two great schools located near by for your kid(s) Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great new home. more ... hide ...

The living facilities themselves are decent, the laundry less so. Half of the washers are usually broken and there are sometimes people sleeping in them. The office staff used to be better but a change in management last year has resulted in a less friendly and much less helpful staff. Any complaints or issues get pushed to corporate and they say are out of their hands. The garbage service that is mandatory is not actually Monday through Thursday like they say but ever other week so expect squirrels to get into your trash.
