I am so very blessed to have my lovely, clean, well maintained apartment in this fabulous, well managed and friendly senior complex. There is a wonderful and generous group of residents who provide activities if you choo se to participate. The location could not be better...next to the library and the Chilson Rec/Senior Center. The Foote Lagoon is also right here and a beautiful park-like walkway. Downtown is walking distance and Colt Transit public transportation is easily accesed. I live in appreciation for Odd Fellows and the management and maintenance team at Big Thompson Manor. more ... hide ...

Seems like they continue to go through staff.. Every time there is an issue we are talking to someone completely different. And when i say issues here are a small list of the many problems this place has; Plumbing, Dishw asher, laundry rooms constantly closed and in maintenance, mold, ants, roaches, they cant even get people in here to line the tub to the wall correctly, carpet not fully installed. When I went to move into to my two bedroom they say they told me i could get my keys we showed up and they said it wasnt done yet. Mind you i signed the lease for it 3 weeks prior and they told me they would have it ready. 3 WEEKS. We tell them we need them, we had everything in moving trucks like??? When we finally get the keys the apartment is trashed, half done at minimum. And dont get me started on how much rent actually is after everythings said and done. I over pay for literally nothing. When my lease is up im out. And who ever Erin is at the office she is terrible to get any information from, she cuts you off and makes things out to be the people who live heres fault. Maybe they should focus on hiring people who actually give a damn about there job. more ... hide ...
