This review is not for the facility of the apartment complex, but for the staff/customer service. We are from out of state and travelled to Colorado to look at apartments. We had several scheduled back-to-back to maximiz ed our trip. We emailed and confirmed with the staff that we would be there at 10:00am on a Saturday to view the complex. To our disappointment, nobody was at the leasing office when we arrived at our appointment. We tried calling but phone was going straight to voicemail. We waited there until 10:20 before having to move on to our next appointment. No one ever showed; even though the sign said they opened at 10:00am as well.I proceeded to received a call from the leasing office 5 hours later apologizing for my confusion and that their first appointments did not start until 10:30. I forwarded the email confirming our 10:00 appointment just to prove it was not my mistake.Long story short, we were very disappointed with our experience of the staff. And did not choose to return for a tour. more ... hide ...

Remember this line in some song?\"Okay so you got a pretty facebut the rest of you is out of place...\". I say this because they recently did renovations here but they were only for cosmetics. For instance they put new l ighting fixtures in the bathroom. However the only person it benefits is the property owner because the wattage is really low and the light fixture is designed to last 10 years without any maintenance issues. Thats great for keeping the cost down and everything, but the lights are so dim that I end up cutting myself shaving all the time. If this keeps up Ill be heading towards the emergency room soon and looking like mince meat. Haha. Another cost cutting measure is that they installed aerators in the bathroom faucet so as not to waste water. Yeah thats great for saving the property owner money because the residents dont pay for the water bill. He/she does. But theres hardly any water pressure so I cant clean my toothbrush and stuff very well. There are many others but I will only give you one more because I dont want to bore you to death complaining. They have nice looking replacement cabinets. But they are hollow and have thick dividers. Now I cant store as much stuff as I had before even though theres more cabinetry. Say what? The renovations were only done to sell it to a new investor and to appeal to the newcomers. But boy are they in for a surprise. Let me out of here. more ... hide ...

Great location and amenities. Terrible building management.Good luck getting anything in your apartment fixed in a reasonable timeline. Maintenance crews dont really fix your issues, more like patch them, if they ever sh ow up at all.The building has a bug and ant problem. The management staff are oddly slow to address any issues or concerns you have. Often times they dont even respond to emails or calls that go to voice mail.Ive considered leaving this property twice given how bad it is. more ... hide ...

We moved in and have had nothing but issues for over a month. Currently our A/C hasnt been working for over a week, reaching over 90 in our apartment and putting our pets lives in danger. The leasing office is down to on e employee who took a vacation and left a temp in charge with absolutely no resources on who to contact in emergency situations. Avoid this complex if you can because they dont care about their residents living conditions. more ... hide ...
