What a great management company! Its also great when all of the office staff, from leadership to associate, is understanding, accommodating, and able to show humility towards an individuals cans andca nnots, as long as it doesnt violate the boundaries of the lease. The maintenance requests get fulfilled in a timely fashion. The grounds are up kept, and the landscaping reflects that. The price may be more than others offerings in the metro, but its worth ones money, if it came to quality vs. price. In regards to neighbors, theyre hit and miss, just like anywhere else, most are friendly and approachable, the others arent too obscene. Ive lived here, collectively; for two years. Defiantly worth ones time to give the office a call and ask questions. more ... hide ...

[EDIT:] Management has remedied my situation, and maintenance was gracious enough even to assist me by removing some awkward items I was incapable of moving myself, thanks to a broken foot. My advice to potential renters thus is to make sure you tour the exact unit you will be renting to ensure satisfaction before your move date. But you will indeed love the location, amenities, and the professional, friendly staff.Thank you, Grand River, for working with me to resolve this matter! Your staff are indeed the best Ive found in three years in Colorado.******Its been three weeks since maintenance no-called, no-showed FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT to REPLACE my VERY broken fridge and MORE. THAN. SIX. WEEKS. SINCE THE ORIGINAL REQUEST OF WHICH THERE HAVE BEEN TWO.Will be interesting when I take my free month and a half on rent, due to their laughable 24-h policy. Also, there is a horrendous rodent problem here that they deny. Save yourself from feeling as if youre forking over gobs of money to a faceless, callous, selfish monolith and look for a luxury apartment ACTUALLY living up to that moniker. more ... hide ...

Nice folk, the community comes to life at pool partys and late night swimming. Their gym could be bigger.

It seems border line fraudulent when they show you a model apartment that looks absolutely nothing like what you end up getting after signing the lease. Noticed a few other reviewers reported the same thing. The apartmen t I signed a lease on did not resemble the model apartment they showed me beforehand one bit.Instead of calling and communicating with their tenants about when they need to re-sign their lease or give them written notice, they instead opt in to just dropping a letter on the door. They gave me a letter one day before their 60 day lease renewal notice that they require if youre leaving. And because I work out of town I didnt get it until I got home after that 60 day notice that they require. So, my punishment was paying an extra $1,400 for an apartment that would be empty. Of course I didnt find out I owed them an extra months rent passed my move out date until I saw the charge come through. So I paid for an empty apartment for them. This complex consistently blasts your email account about food trucks, but when its something important theyd rather just drop a letter on the door? Thanks, Promenade.Dont be fooled by the fresh coat of paint on the outside of their buildings. Their apartments arent very good looking on the inside. And definitely dont fall for that model apartment. Ask to see a real apartment that they have. more ... hide ...
