Ill give this place 4 stars for now.. I just moved here and I like everything about the apartment. Its modern looking, the place is quite secure, and you dont have to worry about getting quarters to wash laundry. You can just use an app and pay through there. Only thing I didnt like about my experience here was that I was told to park at a certain spot. And a rude lady claimed I was in their parking spot, so I thought it was a mistake from the leasing office. But had to wait the next day and was parked in the street. And had to cross in a two way traffic street with no traffic light just to cross and to go home. After I talked to the leasing office about it things seemed to be OK and I started parking where I was supposed to be parked at. Then later on early in the morning I saw a note on my car saying, \"Please dont park in my parking spot or youll get towed\". After that I called the leasing office again and wasnt sure if it was the same person or someone else who wrote the note. After I talked to them they said it would be taken care of. Then 6 days later passed and as I was leaving for work I see a different car that seemed to be waiting to park in my spot. My friend lives nearby and said she saw someone in my parking spot while I was gone. But luckily when I came back they were gone. And now Im seeing other cars parked in other spots as well, seems like some people who live here have memory problems or something. Youll also see someone parked in someones spot thats a bit closer to the apartment for like 30 minutes or less. Because they seem too lazy to do a 50 second walk to the apartment from their parking spot in the back. Then they leave.. knowing thats not their parking spot.. But you can call a towing company thats listed on their door if someone is in your spot... but I honestly dont even know if they would know themselves whose parking spot is whose. more ... hide ...

So, I saw this property on Apartments List and thought it was great. Decided to try scheduling a tour for one of their apartments through the feature on their own website(skip the middle man) ... the function doesnt work on their site. No problem, I will just give them a call.... their phone doesnt work. What I mean by \"doesnt work\" is that you call the number, it gives you the option to talk to a leasing agent, report a maintenance emergency, or speak to Front Range Security. Obviously I press option 1 to speak to a leasing agent.... yea, it just goes to the tone like dial up or a fax machine interruption. Tried calling 3 different days + I also used their \"contact us\" feature on their website. I let them know their phone wasnt working and that I was trying to set up a showing.. . NOTHING. Finally after a few days I decided to try calling again and chose to \"report a maintenance issue\" just to get SOMEONE on the phone. Someone did pick up and he was very nice and said to give him 20minutes or so and he would be up at the leasing office and let them know that 1. their phone isnt working and 2. to give me a call back. Well, still no call. As this whole experience was happening I was reading the reviews. Had this place bothered to do their job, I might have taken the reviews with a grain of salt. Yea, that wont be happening. So, to those also doing their due diligence to try and research objectively, let me spare you the time of doing any further research for this place. Dont waste your time, move on and look elsewhere, and save yourself the frustration of trying to reach someone. If a business doesnt bother to make connections with their prospective tenants, I can only imagine how they treat their current tenants once roped into a lease... oh wait I can... just read the previous reviews. more ... hide ...

They let drug addicts live by us for two months! They knew they were drug addicts. When I would put in a request for maintenance they would not get back to me even when they said they would be back to fix things. Or they make excuses saying they are not in alamosa so its like they forget. I was on the side where the sun dont hit. It is ugly on the inside and so dark I didnt like it, I would have to turn my lights on during her day.. Maybe you will luck out and get the side where the sun hits. We got charged for not sweating out our snow, even tho I know I swept the snow out and later they told me they made a mistake for charging me for it. Such a bad experience at that place. more ... hide ...
