I left a review for this place 2 years ago upon moving in, and my feelings have not changed about the place. The management team, maintenance, and all other staff are responsive and polite. A vast majority of the people staying in the community are polite and considerate folks. And lastly, their prices (although a bit above average for Denver) are worth it!It may sound odd, but it is very refreshing to reach out when you have a problem, but otherwise, be unbothered. We just finished the move out process which they did their best to make simple, and efficient. Its rare when even the move out is a positive experience! more ... hide ...

I lived here for 2 years. Stacy was always great in the office. I loved the layout of my place and that it was non-smoking community, as well as green. Close to I-25, and 70, min from downtown, and sports authority fi eld. They work hard with the community-based programs and want whats best for the local community.
