If you are looking for a great place to stay I recommend Shamrock Gardens..Everybody at the leasing office is very polite and helpful..Nice side rooms..nice side living room..and kitchen..I love it here..

Management refuses to get real security, even after multiple car break-ins and riff-raff from off the street walking thru the parking lot to some run down apartments behind the building! Who operates like this? They have NO outside cameras to monitor and wont even pay for part-time security after NUMEROUS complaints from elderly residents (even had to call the Mayor, but nothing was done). Needed repair work done in apartment, its been almost a year and NOTHING has been done !I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! more ... hide ...

I must say this has been the best experience for me living in an apartment complex. I havent lived in an apartment in a few years so it made the transition back a breeze. Valerie the manager is absolutely hands down ama zing! She understands the assignment of a property manager. Very consistent, dedicated and goes above and beyond to make sure what she said she would do, gets done! Veronica works in the office and every time I speak to her shes so polite and sweet and very patient. Her follow up is impeccable as well.This is the team you would want to run a property because although the property needs a lot of work, the staff from the manager all the way down to maintenance makes it easier to bare. The team sacrifice their own time and attention to what needs to be done! Kudos to an A1 team! more ... hide ...

I give 5 stars because theyve come so far. I came so close to telling my lady to break her lease but now its starting to look so much better over there, things in her crib are finally getting fixed and even the p roperty is starting to stay cleaner. To the point I literally asked my lady what changed. All she said was the new manager Deborah is doing great and showing that she cares.WHICH MEANS A LOT. I dont feel nervous for her safety like I used to when Im not there now. So yes 5 stars. Keep it up. more ... hide ...
