Ive been living here for about 4yrs and I do love it because it close to my school and also close to everything you need as far as shopping. At the time the rent was really great. I know its not the office fault when pri ces go up but the new management dont care. My lease went up by $300 in one year also not giving me heads up so that I can maybe find another place. I find it ridiculous but thats the new management.Always ask who lives upstairs from you because some neighbors can be very rude and stomp all day and night. more ... hide ...

Needs updating, staff is not following health and safety protocol, laced security. We need to be taking better care of our seniors, they kept this city viable to be productive and contemporary now. The management of this building should be ashamed. At least they got teo stars, but only because the building isnt literally crumbling. more ... hide ...

PLEASE READ:This place is horrible! I disregarded the bad comments because I thought there were more positive than negative but when you actually move in the place is terrible! There are roaches exactly like the comments said, finishes are horrible exactly like the comments said, floor is not level so certain pieces of furniture do not hold up properly. There are leaks exactly like the comments say and the leaks are definitely constant.Blinds fall apart and windows cant open they definitely fall apart as well. Upon moving in certain outlets and utilities didnt work as stated in previous commentsApartment has no regard for children at all! The place has been nothing but negative since I got here. Most definitely beware do not mind the facade they show you. The apartments are definitely trash and not worth the pay. It looks as if your living in a ghetto or hooded area for $1300+. They also add in a fee for cable regardless if youd like it or not just as the previous comments have said. I can not wait to leave this place honestly.
