Had a great experience, is a very nice and clean complex the apartment was just perfect I didnt have to worry about anything besides moving my stuff in!! I loved my apartment but was forced to move with the new management changes. I started having issues with roaches. It got so bad that I was awakened in the night with roaches crawling on my face and hands. I advised the new management. They did nothing! The noise level from other neighbors was awful! Again the new management did nothing. Most of the new maintenance did not speak English. So, when they came to your apartment for maintenance request they couldnt understand any instructions of what was needed? The new valet trash service that we were forced to take only came once or twice a week. The rest of the time the trash would just sit and you would end up taking out yourself anyway. Then to add insult to injury they increased the rent by almost $400 per month! This is not a good apartment community to call home. Upon moving out I came across so many dead roaches it was disheartening. See pics included below. I am thankful I was able to move on from this horrible place. more ... hide ...

I lived in Oakview apartments before they were Oakview apartments. There was always some chaos going on here in Tanglewood. But after they switch management to Oakview, things became very calm. The staff here in manageme nt as well as maintenance are awesome! The property manager Emily worked very diligently and professionally to make sure that I had a place to live. She wasnt rude and never gave me the runaround. She made sure my apartment was completely clean and worked on before I moved in. Any further issues that I had, if I put in a work order the maintenance team is on it. Pest control comes every month. Which is awesome because it keeps down critters and bugs. The trash is always picked up. The grass is always cut. And the playground is always clean and ready for children to enjoy. I have some awesome neighbors who look out for me and they allow me to look out for them as well. One day while rushing to work I accidentally left my door unlocked, when I came home everything was exactly the way I left it. Theres a laundromat on site with four washers and four dryers, which is awesome. Theres also dryer and washer hook ups in your apartments utility closet.
