I personally loved it here, I moved away and hope to rent one out again. It was right in town so that was nice, the place and rooms were nice as well and personally felt good living there. Sure you may get someone who ye lls or who are fighting everything now and then but for the most part its quiet and a good place compared to others. more ... hide ...

I do not live here, however when I inquired about this complex the email I received was the most unprofessional email. I sent a list of basic questions that most complexs have on their website and I got the short answer for everything, and major grammatical errors ( I am by for perfect with grammar but there was no capitalization, and punctuation). They also half answered a lot of my questions when it came to deposits and the cost, and a question about the amount of people in one unit. This gives off the impression that they are going to be a pain to rent from and that they really dont care they are just collecting a paycheck and that is all it is to them. I also told them in a reply email that first impressions are everything and because that was the first impression I will pass on the this complex because the email was unprofessional. more ... hide ...

In 2013, I moved to Nora Pines and I must say that I really thought that I had made a mistake because someone had tried to break in my townhouse and my tires were slashed on two occasions and I had reported to the police and the office and I was not even here a year yet. The teenagers would have fights all the time they would hang out all times of night. But I must say that now that they have a new management, it is so much better. You dont see teens fighting nor are they out all times of night. Management has done an exceptional job of cleaning up Nora Pines. They go by the rules/lease. They are honest, kind, and professional ladies. They treat their tenants with respect. The maintenance men are very good at what they do. They come in a timely manner. I am very proud to say that I live here in Nora Pines this is my 4th year here. more ... hide ...
