Management is horrible, you can barely get in contact with anyone. Even calling the corporate office is a joke, because no one responds. They dont have a working gym facility, nor do they have a working computer room . So false information on their website. If you need something fixed it takes at least 2 week for someone to come look at it. They only have one Maintenance person on duty everyday, and she does the best she can do ( especially having to do it all alone). The office Hours on the website say they close at 6 but they close at 5, Misleading once again! They have no working phone, or answering machine, so leaving a message wont do you any good. They lie to your face when they said someone will call you back. Just the worse apartments Ive been in, and Im not even on section 8. more ... hide ...

Been having problems with the neighbor underneath me since day 1. The office refuses to do anything about her blaring her music at 12 am which keeps my 1 year old son up, cussing me in front of my child, its so bad I hav e had to put my 30 days notice in. Even with her multiple problems she has caused me never once have they gotten better. Guess you have to be good friends with the office staff to get things to get any better. I would never wish this upon my worst enemy. Think twice before applying for these. I have friends who like them but they dont have problematic neighbors who refuse to quit causing an issue. more ... hide ...

We had lost all hope in finding a place after our previous landlord sold the house we were in until I checked my voicemail and I heard Shonta say \"approved \". We have kids and were facing homelessness. We loved the apa rtment and it was spacious. Staff are nice and pleasant people to be around. Thank you thank you thank you Shonta.
