So I visited the lovely Buena Vista today! It was such a lovely experience! Sandy the property manager of Buena and their sister company Woodbridge apt right across the street. With the lovely help of Nikki and Nicole! I didnt have an appointment today ,as to i just moved here, but the wonderful help and knoweledge of these three ladies made my trip, and my move here a little better knowing there are sweet people such as themselves here in Evansville. Getting to the point if your in need of a apartment and want some amazing customer service I really recommend Buena and or Woodbridge. They will be the sweetiest ever. You girls rock!!!!!!!!!!! more ... hide ...

This is the third time I have lived in this complex totaling almost 18 years. These people really know how to take care of apartment living facility. Any maintenance issues are addressed immediately. And they allow you t o rate their performance. I cannot think of a single negative against the management in the ownership of this complex. The grounds are extremely well maintained and if there is storm damage or anything out of orders they are on it immediately. The rent rates are extremely affordable for this well-maintained property. If somethings wore out they replace it without question. When I came back this third time I actually felt like I was home again. And I have never run into anyone who has lived here who has had a single negative thing to say about any of the staff management or ownership. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. They are that good and this is a great place to live. more ... hide ...

The good: I pay $850 for a one-bedroom downtown on Mass Ave.The bad: the walls are so thin that I can hear my upstairs neighbors dogs footsteps and can make out the lyrics when my next door neighbor plays music. The noise from upstairs is so bad that it has burned me out on living in an apartment. It feels like the common areas are cleaned very infrequently (like once a month, maybe), so if someone leaves trash or spills something, it stays there for weeks. As other reviews have said, its easy to follow someone in, and I have seen a few homeless people sleeping in the lobby area during the cold months. more ... hide ...
