Do not waste your time or your money!! Management is absolutely terrible. Tried to evict me in the middle of a pandemic against national orders because they decided not to do month to month anymore and per Stephanie, I was not the only one and it would take too long to call everyone. I had to ask 3 times to even get the name of the person I was talking to, and then on top of that it took me mentioning national orders against evictions and our conversation is being recorded for them to actually agree to the 60 day notice that WAS IN MY LEASE. But they also lost my lease twice and tried to have me sign another copy only it wasnt a copy and they had tried to change multiple things to my lease, including the amount of the security deposit I put down. I asked them to find the copy of the security deposit check before I signed and they couldnt even do that. Claimed that their computer had just frozen. Another property manager laughed at me when I told her my building was unsafe and there were drugs. She even told me maybe I would loosen up if I did drugs. House keeping is a joke. Ill post a video of what the lobby looks like. They come maybe once every other month, spend about 5 minutes in the hallway and leave. One resident was telling me that she was originally looking at Compass but mentioned to the property manager that she couldnt afford the prices. The property manager told her shed be better off at state side. Lawn care is also a joke. Multiple residents have started mowing and whipping their own lawn because lawn care only comes once a month. This is not a safe or friendly community. Ive come home multiple times to random people that DONT live in my building just roaming the hallways. Have had maintenance men enter my apartment without knocking first and then look surprised and say oh, I didnt see your car out front so I didnt think you were home. The fire that happened? Caused by a grill even though there were multiple complaints leading up to the fire about the grill being right against the property. They did nothing about it and still choose to do nothing. Multiple grills still outside. Theres a fire pit and tiki torches not even five feet away from one building. Fire panels completely disabled in a few buildings - FIRE DOORS WERE BEING HELD OPEN BY A SHOE AT ONE POINT. And maintenance had the audacity to say they didnt know how to fix it so thats why it was like that. Please, please, please do not waste your time or your money. You would only be risking your safety and your sanity. Also, please note or search Facebook for Windridge Village Apartments - they offer money off rent for anyone that writes a 3-5 star review. more ... hide ...

It was just fine until they changed Management. A couple of the ladies are very conniving. They have discriminated against me. They have Keys to your Apartment whereas they will Enter at anytime, mainly when youre not h ome. The Maintenance Man goes in and out of the \"Ladies\" Apartments Snooping and who knows what else, he also disrespected me on several occasions. (A couple months ago he came to check on my AC, but instead out of Anger from things the staff had shared with him about me he was about to Hit me, he was in a Rage. But my guest stopped him). No Action was taking after I reported him to the head Management. Other than them Ive had 4 awesome years here, when Ms. Joellen was in charge it was very pleasant. ¢ more ... hide ...

Worst place ever to stay. I have lived there one of their buildings the apartment looked nice at first: but after living in it for one month you feel like you live in how they described hell. We had maintenance issues, s ink leaked, Ac not working, went to the office and let them know about it nobody came to fix it, after a week I went there to show them some pictures and now She sent someone right away. When you first go there she will be nice after you signed the lease agreement nobody care. The rent is $719/month after a month the bill came more money. One day My bills came to $1052 I went to the office she said I know it will sound fair but its due to water sewer because we dont charge by unit apartment, We charged by building complex omg. Please for anyone whos reading my review Im not asking you to believe me or not. But if you want peace dont go live there. And one more thing they will never give you the deposit money back. And I just let all of this go just because I dont want to broke up my credit. I wish Im able to upload some pictures to show you guys how this apartment management is incompetent. more ... hide ...
