Ive lived here for over 7 years, and have loved every single day. Its a very clean and safe place to live. Our building manager is wonderful and always on the ball. She takes care of any and all issues that may pop up im mediately. All the tenants are friendly and happy which makes your time well worth living here. If I could I would give this place a -5 star. Nothing but Fake advisement listed as amenities it shows Pool and fitness center. Pool is closed due to COVID was told but this place has no fitness center. Also listed viny l flooring, not true most of my apartment is old carpet.Smoke free also not true. The whole apartment complex smells like marijuana on daily basis. 24 hour laundry facility ¦my washer has been broken for a month and have put in 4 maintenance request and still hasnt been repaired. Also have mice which I have reported and nothing has been done. Had to set up some mice traps myself. Have mice holes in the wall. Also have had a leak from the bathroom ceiling due to my neighbor over flooding their tub.High rent expect to pay at least $990-$1,260 a month.Police and Fire department always here. We have people fighting in the parking lot and cars blowing up. The parking lot full with huge pot hole. Other resident not cleaning after their dogs, and the list goes on. When I moved in I was in need of a place ASAP but never did I think this place would be so bad. I really cant wait to be out of here, and sure do not recommend anyone living here. more ... hide ...

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Everything about living here is terrible. The workers in the office dont do there job, maintenance never does there job correctly. The mice and roaches will put you out of your apa rtment because theres so many of them. Its not a safe place for children or adults to live at all. If you want you or your children to be woke up all hours of the night or early in the morning to gun shots this is the place for you. This place should be shut down how terrible it is. I will be contacting the health department and the building and grounds department about my apartment here. more ... hide ...
