I have lived here at Sunnydale Pointe since the beginning. I have seen & Thankfully been apart of the growth & development of this small community. Tho the building & property is new, staff have maintained a high standar d to inspect & maintain the quality of living conditions. Social standards are superb! What do I mean? This is a safe,well lite & observed community. Children are safe to play here, individuals may walk about safely. This is not to take away from the responsibility of parents/guardians to care for their children, nor for adults to dress reasonably for the public/ have agreeable social standards. To the contrary...the high standards set & persevered here by staff & residents assured everyone the quality of living deserved. Does this place even have management?! I called for several weeks leaving many voice mails and no one ever called back. I went to the office, which they claim is open from 8 to 5 monday Wednesday and Friday but no one wa s ever there. Very disappointing since the property looks relatively nice. more ... hide ...

Could not recommend this place more. I am always left beyond impressed at how quickly our maintenance requests get fulfilled, and how much effort and care is put forth to achieve those requests. The location is perfect and the schools are some of the best in Kansas, but other then that I have lived here about a year and half and love it!My kids and I loved using the pool all summer and having a gym on site is aw esome! I cant wait for them to extend their hours again.Springhill was great when we moved in, but they are really stepping up their game with all of the new improvements. Trees trimmed, building have had their siding repaired and repainted, parking lots freshly coated, and more to come!The staff and maintenance have been super helpful!!! One of the maintenance guys showed up on Thanksgiving to help us when out kitchen sink started leaking and the new grounds keeper went above and beyond to keep my family safe.He saw a strange man (my dad) doing something to tires on my vehicle. He saw me and my kids walking to the car and made sure to tell me that someone was messing with my car. It made me feel so great to know that I have an extra set of eyes looking out for my familys safety! ™¡Appreciate you all! more ... hide ...
