I love here 2 yr the new manager lied to get me evicted and said I owed rent when I didnt pay rent it was a mistake from the utility company when I first moved in that I had to call them and go back to their recordings t o verify that they put the lights in my name and I would constantly be harassed about this hundred and $52 and then she took me to a court to evict me saying I agreed to pay $110 plus late fees equal 152 which was the amount of the light bill and do to me not properly reading the paper and sending my response to their lawyer and not the court also they ruled in her favor and when I called to try to get the situation under control and offered to pay the rent or whatever she still refused to let me pay the money and evict me and my four kids when Im not even from Kansas Im from Michigan and I told her I will have nowhere to go and she still refused to come to any kind and agreement when she lied on the false pretenses to the court but I am following up with the court for a lawsuit and the thing is I loved my apartment Im a person who stays to myself so what goes on outside I didnt care about I stayed inside and minded my own business but because of the experience with the new manager I give it a one-star more ... hide ...

The apartments themselves are nice and reasonably priced considering the greedy rental market. However the community is so mismanaged. Crime is high. Drugs, break ins¦the maintenance man showed us how to make sure the window was shut all the way. Im assuming thats because someone broke in before because the tenant did not lock the window properly. I understand tenant behavior is sometimes not the landlords fault but run better background checks or something. Im not even sure they do that.We have cameras absolutely everywhere for this reason. Just last night caught a kid going around getting into cars along with mine. We have a very young child and I do not feel safe at this complex at all. more ... hide ...

Its a very beautiful place, my apartment is very nice and clean, these apartments are well kept and very modern. They have been recently built. Nicely kept landscape also the clubhouse has a exercise room and a laundry room and a room in which you can use the computer and sit down and watch TV it also has a BBQ grill out doors. more ... hide ...
