I was pretty excited when I moved in. The building is advertised as being quiet as well as for folks over 55. Neither are true. I love my actual apartment - very spacious and the rent is reasonable. The maintenence man a nd the apartment manager are great. The other tenants are, for the most part, friendly. But there is a lot of outside noise very close by, extremely limited parking, and folks of ALL ages living in the building (including teenagers). Living in a building with no children is important to me so I did attempt to contact the regional manager at one point to ask about the age thing but he quickly passed the buck and my concerns were never addressed. If youre looking for a quiet place to live, this is not the place. When Im at home, I nearly always have headphones on to block the noise of the neighbors out. Im already planning to move when my lease is up. more ... hide ...

I lived there when it first opened up! The apartment was nice but very small! There was no manager, maintenance was very poor, bad security, violence, and high level of drug activity; which the cooperate office never did anything about!! Im so glad I moved! It is a dangerous place to live. more ... hide ...

DO NOT Rent here. Kim was an awful property manager. I started having leaks in my apartment when I moved in and it took several months to repair. Everything I put maintenance required several request before she would fix itThere was black mold coming in through a/c unit. It was never addressed. My walls, refrigerator had the black mold in it. I was very sick from this, Kim never tried to replace the unit. They installed a new refrigerator kind-of. They never installed the handle and it took a few weeks to take the old one away. I ended up moving it out of my apartment. It stood empty on the apartment porchI texted Kim to have it removed because it was hazardous for children. She had no clue how to manage a property.Kim is vindictive and charge ME over 900.00 for repairs after I moved out. I am suing the property owners for all mentioned above and even more.Im warning you. Go someplace that actually cares about tenants. Kim only sees dollars. Once you are in she turns a back on you. more ... hide ...
