The building isnt perfect by any means, but it is well taken care of and is secure. The rent is reasonable and the tenants are either friendly or keep to them selves. They accept hud and are good at getting repair orders done. I like it here. more ... hide ...

Lisa in the office is on of the nicest people I have ever met. I have been having issues with the return of my deposit trying to cash the check and Lisa has been so loving and understanding. She listened to me as well as trying to get this situation figured out for me the whole entire day. Ms. Lisa needs a huge raise and gifts for her customer service and attitude towards customers. Never once have I met such an amazing and sweet person that takes into consideration how others feel. This amazing woman gets an 11 in my book and I would highly recommend her and the the company she works for to anyone that asks me. Been here a year my things break does not get fixed I have a fire hazard in my closet that was supposed be fixed when I first moved in and it never did they have a bug problem that they seem to not be able to get rid of and one of the maintenance guys are rude says he can do what he wants because he works here . I keep to myself try not to bother the front but this place will turn someone who is nice into someone who is mean. I work and I come home thats all I do I stay to myself with me and my kid I would not recommend living here unless you like living with people going in and out of your unit people getting drunk and fighting throughout the nights any day of the week and if you like bugs and then the employees being rude. If youre OK with all that then this is the place for you. I dont see how this plays has not been shut down in All honest truth!! I have black mold they have not fixed you cant live in black mold I am very patient but after year living here in the unhealthy living addition because they dont come fix it is not oka and causes health issues! If I can leave I would in a heartbeat my lease is almost up as soon as it is I will be leaving I tried to contact hired in the front office to see if anything can be done! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! What ever you do DO NOT LIVE HERE!! P.s I spoke with the front offices manager offered to send her pictures in email about the things but she said that does not show anything she will not understand I repeated to her what her employees told me and she told me that makes no sense well of course not but thats what your employees said to me she was not professional so I asked if I could speak with the actual owner she said no so therefore theres no way of getting this place better I dont see them ever becoming good! TURN AND RUN!! DONT EVEN THINK OF THIS PLACE AS AN OPTION!! more ... hide ...

I have never had so much trouble with an apartment complex I dont even live at. I applied about 7 weeks ago. When me and my boyfriend went in to tour the apartments we liked the area but felt very uncomfortable with the whole process. The lady that showed us around didnt seem very knowledgeable. I was having to pull information out of her about the apartment, normally places try to sell you on applying but it was just really hard to get information. I though maybe she was new but shes like the main girl in there. If I didnt do my research on the property before going I would have been clueless. After looking around the property we decided to apply. I explained to the office that I owed money to another apartment complex from years ago but have been making payments. I asked if this would be an issue with approval (Cause if it was I wasnt going to give them money) I was told it shouldnt be an issue so we turned in our application. about two days later I was told we were denied, which was frustrating considering they said that shouldnt be an issue but that was why we were denied. I also took almost all my money out of savings to apply so theres money down the drain. The $250 security deposit was supposed to be given back so I asked the lady (Same one who gave us a \"tour\") how I get my money. The only thing she said was it would be mailed to me and then she spouted off half of my address quickly and ended the call. About two weeks later, still nothing. So I call again, I talked to someone and explained the whole situation, THEN I was notified that it takes 30 days from the request to get your money because it comes from corporate. Apparently they didnt submit a request until almost A WEEK after I applied. Its now been over 30 days and STILL nothing. I call AGAIN and was notified they didnt put my full address in. I now have to wait possibly ANOTHER 30 days just to get my money back. Im so frustrated by this. Yeah, its only $250 but for me, that makes a huge difference and also could have covered my Christmas shopping. If you have ANY bad rental history (Even if its from a long time ago) Dont waste your money on this place. After this experience Im thankful we arent going to be living here. Im not someone that normally writes reviews, or complains ever. I would give zero stars if it was an option. more ... hide ...
