Please do NOT let your loved ones stay here!!They steal from the elderly who live here.They stoled my mother-in-laws birth certificate and social security card, Christmas decorations, and whatever money was in her closet . She went and told the front desk and they told her the video from their CCTV was not working that day.They are constantly doing inspections and telling people they cant keep pans in their oven for storage. They inspect to see if the burners on stove are clean and spotless. Sounds crazy but thats what they say.They make sure there is no furnishings, tvs, and knick-knacks by the window. They say its for fire safety but really, what old person is going to be jumping out the windows there (this place has three floors.)They also want windows closed all the time. You cant open windows even though heat is blasting in the early summer (they dont turn AC on till June.)They want everyone to sign in and out when visiting, visitors cant use their loved ones card to get in without be scolded by one of the ladys that work there. Sounds safe and secured until they steal from you.The people who run the building are some of the people who live there. They work together and dont care about the rest.Many people have moved out and have said that they too had their belongings end up missing.One family did not know that their loved one was in the morgue for two months! This placed failed to inform their families in order to keep collecting money from a deceased man.Nice building and and area. The crooked, self-absorbed people running this building need to be exposed and replaced with people who care about the elderly and not ignore and steal. more ... hide ...

Great place to live! This place is very spacious with plenty of room for my son and I. Dont let the outside fool you the inside is gorgeous and carpeted. There are no pets allowed. The maintenance man is very friendly an d came out the same day I had an issue! Dont let the reviews scare you. There are cameras here. My only gripe is that the walls are so thin and the floor creak. You can hear your neighbor above AND below you snoring, watching tv, talking (very clearly), closing a door, and everything else. The sound tends to echoes so be mindful of your neighbors. more ... hide ...

Very unsanitary apartments and very unprofessional. They also do not have dumbsters so they make it mandatory to keep all garbage collected inside of garages which causes flies and maggot build up. Their very very strict for no reason. Maintenance team is great and they respond fast to any issues. The office team always have attitudes and is very rude. Ima very nice and easy person to talk to and they still manage to be rude or cause unnecessary drama. Its potentially a great apartment considering the neighborhood its in but I highly recommend making changes and either hiring more people in the office or changing its workers to boost the morale. more ... hide ...
