I visit Mable H Kehres apartments frequently to help my girlfriend out who struggles with a disability. I can not stress enough how immaculate Toni and Kim are and how well they run the complex. Not only are they excepti onally professional and take time out of their busy days to thoroughly answer any question or concern we may have, but they are very polite and do not make you feel like you are being a burden. The maintenance staff works so hard to keep the apartments up to date, and take COVID-19 precautions very seriously. They all are so friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend moving into Mabel H Kehres apartments. I can assure you that you or your loved one will be in good hands. more ... hide ...

The apartments are great although small. The administrator is somewhat over bearing, restricting entrance through the east and west doors of the building although everyone who comes and goes wears a mask . Im grateful to be living here but I feel like Dale should lighten up just a bit. He is a bit too heavy-handed on some issues. I wish we could have our former administrator, Paula Hager, back again. more ... hide ...

I have had nothing but terrifying experiences with this management company I finally received a room with a local shelter after being wrongfully evicted by this property I had a housing voucher and because of management I no longer have it pam dork is unprofessional and does not properly investigate matters at hand between residents and leasing manager ray ann gomez which May I add ray ann is no longer with the company so here I am homeless without a help and hand due to false reports from this management which has caused me to have no shelter of my own I hope someone can soon change the outcome of the multiple properties they misrepresent daily and causes honest people their livelihood more ... hide ...

Ghetto place gnats flying around in the building in the middle of the dead winter no paper towels to dry your hands and the morning nurse has the nerve to have a bad attitude... the place is not even ran properly come on no paper towel to dry your hands???? But have all these signs plastered around the building on washing your hands for 20 seconds...I had to keep using toilet paper to dry my hands this place is disgusting... more ... hide ...
