Living here is an expensive inconvenience. Lots of safety inspections that dont resolve in anything that actually needs fixing (I.e oven, water pumps) getting fixed. But theyll write you down for a lightb ulb change you dont want and can do yourself! Rent is high and gets raised annually, the lease sign-on process was an actual joke- we had to return 4 times to sign our same lease bc they kept forgetting to have us sign pages. Overall, its safe enough here (still plenty of odd situations, but safer than where i was before personally) and the other residents are super nice. However, that doesnt make up for the overcharged rent and lack of attention to work orders. I miss cooking in my oven lol. Cant wait to move! more ... hide ...

The negative disposition of the office needs to change. If you dont like people or if you dont like your job.... QUIT! Find something else. Being a person who deals with people and tries to level with people it b others me to see people with such poor attitudes about doing their jobs. The staff could use an abundance of training because there are many instances where incorrect information is given and because of this processes are prolonged and gone about in the wrong way. There are also policies in place that are not being correctly followed. Low income or income based housing doesnt equate to tenants being stupid and most times that is how I feel people are treated. A little kindness goes a long way. In addition for whatever reason the staff doesnt believe in contacting residents by phone which also prolongs recertification and interim certification processes. Proper notification to the proper parties could alleviate a lot of issues. You get what you put out in life so if everyone is saying the same thing about your attitude, the problem is you and dont expect to get positivity back in return. more ... hide ...
