A friend of mine had a heart attack about 3 weeks ago his apartment is on the second floor.wjen he returned from Hospital .there was no way family could go see him or take food or meds because .the intercom to get buzzed in is broke for his apartment and others..the owners of complex refuse to fix it This is a serious code violation.the only ones that can get in or out is if you use your key or get buzzed in .lf you cant walk you cant get to door to open.the city inspector needs to get over there before some elderly people get hurt and cant get out .my friends name or Apartment no is not on the intercom to even get buzzed in. This is in Southgate on Allen Rd. Please help city lnspector .the apartment managers dont seem to care more ... hide ...

Worse apt Ive ever lived in. The owner lost his parents and is currently taking it on the complex like we are his children. Upon moving in the unit looked bad and I noted everything. They STILL found a way to keep my who le security deposit. My rent was paid up until April the last 6 months and as soon as I couldnt pay AHEAD months they wanted me out. If your on the first floor when it rains at all you will be flooded out... The back area is a swamp. Doors keep coming off. Screen never stays on. And every now and then when the upstairs neighbors flushed their toilet my ceiling leaked. Only move here if you TIRED OF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR more ... hide ...

Judy and the rest of the Westfield Club staff are phenomenal. Ive lived here for nearly 3 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Great location and the property is well maintained. Maintenance team is extremel y prompt in resolving any issues. Westfield Club treats and makes you feel like family. Its not only crazy how quickly Judy responds but how detailed she is and really takes care of you. The office staff is rude. They will be going into your house every couple of months or so to do maintenance which could easily be done once a year, and at the same time, like a vague \"well be in sometime in the next two weeks to check your fire alarm batteries\".There is a ton of storage space, since there is a full sized basement.No AC or dishwasher, which makes the summers horrible and cleaning a chore.It is easy to hear your neighbors.The close proximity to another apartment complex makes safety sketchy. I never had break-ins or theft, but it was something i worried about a lot.The townhouses are pretty dark since there are only a few windows.Some of my neighbors said they had earwig problems. I noticed a few throughout the year I lived here, but nothing serious.I couldnt wait to leave this place. more ... hide ...
