Very clean environment with families , they helped me get into my own place so fast , and I was greeted to a freshly new renovated place with all new appliances, I would give it 5 stars but sometimes the maintenance team does not come when needed. Overall great management and I love the place. more ... hide ...

Not having the most clean record, from a crazy past, in my youth, also coming off a divorce, I needed a place to live. Much to my surprise and to credit and willingness of South Glens Manager Tim, to take a chance on me, after he interviewed me, I was able to rent a 2 bedroom townhouse. Despite what other renters might say, thats negative, the management at South Glen is top notch. My advice to renters would be to be honest and follow the rules. The townhouse was clean, everything worked as it should have and if there was a problem, the top notch maintenance staff was there when needed. Plus the location isnt bad. Theres tons f places to eat, grocery shop and its close to I-75 and two main roads. I liked it there and I liked all the people I came in contact with. more ... hide ...

I use to love it here now its just sad kids are running wild stealing cars. When I moved in Schooner Cove had the property I was promised new Kitchen cabinets and Carpet didnt receive either because we received new owner s. One day while at work I guess it was some leak downstairs they came in removed the Vanity from the wall in the restroom which had a bottle of Gorilla Glue sitting on the sink they knocked it down it wasted all over the floor the Maintenance guy at the time said he would be back to install new tile never happened! more ... hide ...
