I have lived here for 2 years and cant wait to move. Ive had the most problems here, and now that Leticia is gone Im REALLY ready to move. Ive dealt with my unit catching fire last year in the floor in th e early morning hours, everyone was ok, but it wasnt our fault and dealing with the complex was upsetting. I was moved into another unit and my ceiling has water damage from all the water that flows from my bathroom to my kitchen light fixture very few months. Thats not just my unit, its my neighbors unit as well. The ceiling in my bathroom above my shower is peeling. The plumbing is terrible. We cant have our own grills on the property. The basketball court gets unlocked whenever they decide to unlock it. The pool closes at 5pm when it is open. We finally got someone to cut the grass, but apparently they ONLY cut the grass leaving the rest of the landscaping undone ie. bushes, and edges. The last owners at least had the landscaping cleaned up after cutting the grass. Just tacky work for the amount of money spent here. Yet they are focused on what cars are parked here. Focus on improving the actual property first NOT cosmetics. I dont usually leave reviews, but at this point I am over this place!! This is one of those places you move to cause you have no other options. more ... hide ...

Summary: maintenance has been an issue since I moved in. Ive had several minor issues that havent been fixed but nothing urgent until now. My air conditioning is leaking and it doesnt sound like this will be fixed an y time soon. Its affecting my ability to sleep at night.Currently, the biggest issue is with my air conditioning. It leaks. The dripping wakes me up several times per night. It has been 90+ degrees recently, so leaving my air conditioning off is not reasonable. I try sleeping with fans on, wake up sweating after about 2 hours, have to turn my AC on, then the dripping wakes me up 1-2 hours later, I turn it off, then wake up sweating again after another hour or so, and the cycle repeats. Im exhausted. Because of this issue, I havent gotten a full nights sleep in weeks.Yesterday, maintenance came to check on this and said many apartments are having this issue, simply telling me to place a bucket underneath my AC unit where its been leaking. While this kept water off of my wall and floor, this made the noise even worse overnight. Earplugs do not help. Im also concerned about mold in the AC unit and underneath the paint on my wall.Aside from maintenance, the new management is mediocre. Ive emailed them asking about this issue and did not hear back, and I emailed them to ask if they can send me a copy of my lease because I cant access it on the portal. Nobodys responded. Communication with new management has been difficult.On a positive note, I like my floor plan and the location is great. more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for almost 3 years I had to deal with 2 nosey site managers. The first one was going through my mail, I have to report him to the post office and police. The site manager now Ms. Ingrid just throw al l of my items out of my apartment. No I did not give them a schedule date for a move out, no I did not give them the key as yet. It is said that they are not allowed in your apartment unless you have a service call, inspection or if they feel that something is going on thats not supposed to go on... So why did she go in my apartment without authorization from me. I am also in the process of going to the court house to file a civil suit because they have to pay for my items on behalf of her ignorance.DO NOT MOVE HERE! Its not safe place for your child, they do not have a park for them to play at... its no life in this complex at all! The office staff is very nosey and break all laws its just not right!... But they will not stop until someone like me step up! I feel that they do the things they do to the people that live there because its a low income housing and they dont think the people that live there know any better, they picked the right one now! SMH!Oh to top it off the office staff tell all your business to others that live in the complex. nothing is confidential with them... and I was never able to contact corporate to tell them about this behavior because of course they do not care..... The reason for this review is because my stuff was very valuable to me, because I had to work hard and pay for them. For them to throw it out without my knowledge or authorization was a low blow.... and that proves right there, they will treat people in low income housing any kind of way....
