Maintenance was horrible when I stayed there. I would put in an order and maybe if they remembered they would come about 6-8 weeks later. I moved out last June but officially August 1 after my lease ended and have yet to get my deposit back. April 4, 2022 I was told that the my deposit was being mailed and it is almost a month later and no deposit. They have made 5 times or more on it and after almost a year later you cant give me my deposit back. I go by the office on Monday and they were so unprofessional, I even asked them the phone number and she had to look it up - and told me she would email the head office to check it and promised to let me know once she heard back, well she never reached back out. I contacted her yesterday which was Friday and she emailed to tell me they resent my deposit on Tuesday and I should receive it soon. The rent has increased dramatically and it is not worth it. The pool the last 2 years I lived there was supposed to open Memorial Day weekend and it didnt open until the weekend before Labor Day. The office and maintenance personnel changed about 3 times in the 4 years I lived there. It is a horrible place to live. more ... hide ...

My mother stays there and been having problems with office staff. My concern is when she paid her April 2020 rent on April 3, 2020. She received her 1st letter of rent increase dated April 7, 2020 but got the letter on A pril 8, 2020. The letter said her rent went up, she had 10 days to pay her rent, or you will be requested to be eviction from premises. My mother said she called the office multiply of time on April 8, 2020 and no answer and left voice mail. So on April 9, 2020 she called the office again an again no answer. I used my son phone cause he has a 336 area code number to see if they would answer and no answer. So my mother called again and someone answer the phone. So my mother did a 3 way call (with me her daughter) to ask about the letter. My mother was asking to speak with Michelle property manager and staff refused stating she was not available after asking several of time to speak with Michelle. So I then told staff my mother just got her letter of rent increase and if her rent was going up she should have gotten that letter 30 days prior. Staff asked who was I and i told her I was the daughter. Staff put us on hold came back to say Michelle said \"SHE WILL CALL MY MOTHER BACK AT HER (MICHELLE) CONVENIENCE\". more ... hide ...
