This place is terrible! So many bad reviews not to mention not keeping up with maintenance and displacing their tenants into different apartments that are NOT even up to inspection!!

Water Garden Village Apartments:While the units are beautiful and affordable, safe with wonderful neighbors, the Assistant Property Manager is abrupt, condescending and inept.The club house is mainly for show because the residents do not feel welcomed.It feels a bit like a police state because they have other residents watching and the Management, (mainly Assistant Manager), seems to feel that you are beneath them and patrols even on weekends when office is closed...,very strange.Their policies on inspection brings to mind how it must feel to be in jail and the warden announces inspections and toss the cell. You are given maybe a few days notice that there will be inspections for an entire week, from 9-5 p.m. For an entire week you have to keep everything in tip-top shape even if you have children which makes it very challenging, or you work nights, or have guests. There are at least two inspections per year, two service of the A/C units per year, which is also scheduled across the week and they can inspect at that time as well, then there is also the investors inspection which is one day.......at no point do you feel that it is your home due to these inspections. In the interest of being as unobtrusive as possible and not disrupting the lives of the entire community for a few weeks per year, the management should inspect on one day per building, that way dont disrupt the tenants lives. They do not deduct two weeks rent from our yearly obligations, but the apartments are not ours for at least two weeks out of the year.There is poor morale and no sense of community at Water Garden Village due to the above.....I have spoken to many tenants here who would like to leave but are unable to afford to...its the only reason many stay. more ... hide ...
