Hi! Ive been a resident at Brighton Pointe for over 5 years now. A lot of residents have been there for years as well. Everybody is a tight community and see the same faces all the time! We do have new faces and are quick to bring them in! The leasing office has always answered and helped me with anything that I needed! There has been a lot of moving around with leasing managers but Im pretty sure weve got one for good now! Things have fallen in place. During COVID, I experienced some complications and Cassandra was there for me each step of the way and still is! The community is very tight and well kept! Its been very hard leaving! Im happy and have always been since move in day!And LARRY is that guy! We love him! more ... hide ...

I was so disappointed when I interview to move into willow ridge. Jose was so undecided in his choice of residents move in. I meet Rodger the maintenance man and his expression to me was:) information given of other choi ces. I filled out two application on two different dates and his response to my income was you make to much on first interview. Second, time was you was 10.00 short.The Apts are nice but now he is under investigation for asking for my information under false pretense leasing,. Its ok because Im about to move.Please when you apply for an apt, check all three of your credit report.There is a lot of fraud going on .I RATE THEM A ONE¦.. more ... hide ...
