Its an okay apartment to live in as far as size and pricing. Neighborhoods not the best though. Our heat has been broke for going on four months now and we were told three other people have to have the same issue before they fix it. Our air is starting to not really work either for the third time in the last four months. The upstairs toilet clogged and when they unclogged their per and poop water came down in through our bathroom and flooded and in our hallway on the carpet. When maintenance finally finished upstairs and came down here he just told us he didnt do clean ups and he didnt see much water.... (It was evaporated cause he took so long to get here and took long upstairs fixing the problem.) When I mentioned the water that got in the ceiling that might create mold, he just looked at me like I was stupid and then left. more ... hide ...

Ive been here since 2019 and everything has been okay for the most part. Started out quiet living area but has since gotten a bit noisy. The property manager is quick with responding to emails regarding anything (she s awesome). Mr. William is great as well! Ive recently experienced a few issues that were taken care of, but I feel as though they could have been handled better in the matter of making sure the safety of myself and the future tenant was number one.
