I dont usually post negative. Its getting tough to rent/own a place these days, but if youre looking at this place to move in... maybe reconsider. Whole Management team doesnt care about anything except getting you in so you can be on contract to pay them. My family and I moved here from CA and only had the words of the person working in the office and the website to make our decision..Advertised gym! -none of the equipment works. Advertised basketball courts! -Gates randomly locked and people that work in the office somehow dont know why or how its locked.Advertised 2 pools! -Both havent been open at all andits now July. Advertised laundry facilities in each building! -Washers and dryers break and office team does nothing about it. Tenants have to call the company to fix it.Office barely answer the phones to address issues. Fallen trees stay down, broken windows stay broken... There are some nice small lakes throughout the neighborhood though. So I guess that makes up for everything. more ... hide ...

Ive tried multiple times to get through to someone. I cant even get the contact Information for my case manager. When I finally get through to someone Im told the wrong contact information. Im struggling to pay my rent each month and Ive never had a problem with paying rent. You cant go into the building because of Covid. I believe they just changed it to where you can make an appointment to be seen. Cant even get aholdOf anyone anymore. I know times are hard right now and a lot of jobs are remote. Someone should at least respond back to my emails. more ... hide ...
