DO NOT TRUST THEM. . . .Stay far away from this place. They are absolute crooks just looking to take your money.The leasing associate Mitzy is new and didnt possess much knowledge to answer all of my questions, whic h I have no problem with. However, I spoke with the leasing manager Gail Ferguson. She seemed nice and pleasant at first and answered all of my questions. I shared with her that Im helping my mom from LA and I couldnt be there to do any paperwork in person.On Friday April 9th. She had my mother come down to turn in the application. Gail waited until my elderly mom took a $20 Lyft (one way) there to inform us that I would need to have a gift declaration form notarized and turned in as part of the application; which I informed her I couldnt get to her until Monday April 13th. She said that would be fine.On Monday I faxed over the form and was told by Mitzy that someone else came in and took the apartment. I asked to speak with Gail and now all of a sudden Gail isnt available to speak with me. She sent me an email stating someone turned in the application before my mother so she had to give the apartment to them.It is unethical to deposit my mothers $50 application fee before all of the paperwork thats needed is turned in.I emailed Gail asking about refunding the application fee and guess what? . . . You guessed it. No answer from Gail. My mother called her to ask about the application fee and she told her she turned it in so she wouldnt be able to refund it.They didnt process the application or pay for any screening services. The funds should be used for these services, so the money can be refunded if the screening hasnt happened yet.Dont deal with the headache I just had to go through. My headache isnt over yet as I still have to find my mom an apartment and I will be discussing this matter with my legal team. All of this over a measly $50. more ... hide ...

The new Management team and of course the new General Manager Sholanda has went above and beyond to help me out with exceptional customer service and most importantly put the resident first. It being a crazy year with co vid, inflation and just everything crazy. She took the resident and or client in her own hands and did everything possible to be fair and work with all of her clients! She has went above and beyond and has always been honest and followed up to make each resident feel special and appreciated! Since she has been there the maintenance team has improved and everything in the entire apartment complex has improved! I was happy to renew a year lease just because Shalonda has been such an amazing manager, person. espescialy with compassion and caring through the times we are and have been dealing with!Thank You Sincerely,Daniel more ... hide ...
