They have the worst maintenance crew theyve had in years they drink on the job and the ones that are felons are out here on the property with a gun in the management staff is fully aware and the maintenance manager a llows them to do the things they do some of them have the worst attitude when you work in the public you can not be a certain way and also theyre allowed to take the cleaning products home how does that work you could have let them in Longwood its very obvious they did not do background checks or even have to apply more ... hide ...

I have dealt with a few members from the CAC for this situation and have not had any issues until today 1 October 2020. I called and was transferred to the department that assists you with paying utilities. I spoke with a woman named Mary (they have two in this department, I am unsure on which Mary it was). Mary had an attitude and her customer service skills are lacking tremendously. She was difficult to speak with and she seemed as if she could be doing something better with her precious time. I am now on a hunt to find her supervisor to see if they also treat customers the same. Her attitude and lack of compassion is unacceptable. From reading other reviews it seems like certain individuals need better customer service training. more ... hide ...

The apartments is worth no more than 450 a month. The kitchens are outdated. The up keep is full of it. They have mice, roaches and flies. My toilet is stopped up once a week, my balcony door wont close all the way and t he screen wont stay on track because the person that stays above me floor is slanted which makes my balcony door slant. The pool is leaking to the point they cant open it for the summer. So not work the 675 for rent. They cant keep a management crew because no one cares enough to do their job. The owners of the complex should come see for their selves how the corners are being cut just to get people in. Once your in the entire apartment falls apart. SMH never again will I rent from this company. I was better off in the ghetto. more ... hide ...
