First thing I must say when we first moved here we were ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED to learn that this was definitely NOT \"luxury living\"!!!! BUT since the NEW MANAGEMENT has taken over I would definitely give Emerson Isles a 5 out of 5 STARS FOR LUXURY LIVING EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED TO LUXURY!!!! INCLUDING the OFFICE STAFF. Actually they are why I started to write this review in the first place. 6:30am THIS MORNING a gray faced ( meaning senior) Doggy wondering around which is COMPLETELY UNCOMMON here. In fear of him being hit by a car, a few residents. Kept and eye on him until the office opened. The OFFICE STAFF was so kind to take him to see if he was microchipped and now they are smothering him with lots of hugs lots of kisses in the office until the owner is found.Unlike where we used to live at 29 Edgewater someone let a pet duck loose that became everybodys favorite and was the nicest DUCK ( residence named him Henry) he would not harm a fly and everyone would come out to see and feed him. 5 weeks later the office had sweet Henry KILLED!!!! (They said he was a liability) you tell me where youd rather live ? I know Im at the right place. more ... hide ...

My husband and I got married five months ago. We were living in his Bachelor pad. It was a one bedroom and not big enough. So we talked to the ladies in the office and ended up getting a 2 bedroom. We finally got moved i n and I love the 2 bedroom. Mrs Linda in the office was super nice she listened to me about what I wanted in the apartment. I have my pantry that I love and a walk in closet. We have a spare room for my grandchildren to sleep in when they spend the night. I love living here its quiet and no one bothers you. The maintenance men are super nice also. Bradley Square is a wonderful place to live. Im so happy with my new apartment. Thank you to the ladies in the office you guys are super nice and you really care about the people who rent from you. more ... hide ...

My Mother has been residing here fir the past 9 years and she doesnt have a complaint. When your parents live in Senior communities such as Marshside we want to feel as is our parents are safe and can get adequate he lp if need in an emergency situation. Marshside has done that thus far. Soon my mother will be leaving Marshside to be closer to me here in RVA and I will be ecstatic when this happens, but for now I just want to thank the Marshside Village staff! more ... hide ...
