The WORST management, janky apartments ever!! I would personally say avoid living here. Resigning my lease was the WORST decision I have ever made!! You can never get in contact with nobody in the office!! Youre rout ed to a customer service Representative who either dont live in the United States that dont know nothing or how to get in touch with anyone on site neither or you just plain SOL!!! Ive been having maintenance issues damn near every month or every other month!! Not to top that the emergency supposedly maintenance doesnt come when its an emergency they come the next day or days later depending on how many maintenance requests youre forced to put in.. the previous management wasnt so good but they sure was way better than this new one!!! I cant wait until my lease is up!! The pool was disgusting, they never cleaned it, these units janky, halls are stained and filthy never pressure washed. Central air is always going out and they never seems to know the answers or fix the problem permanently!! I can keep going, raising rent, no parking spaces, etc. Now my hot water has went out that Ive reported already.. Ill see how long the emergency maintenance take to come look at everything!! My husband and I have lived here for a few years and this is the first time Ive been motivated to post a review. Overall weve had a very good experience at this complex and any issues weve had have been minimal regarding maintenance. This is older complex so these things do arise. I really just wanted to put in a solid review for the maintenance department, specifically \"T\". The job was handled professionally and taken care of very quickly. More importantly I was super comfortable having him in the apartment alone as a woman. He was friendly and really went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and that the maintenance request was resolved completely! more ... hide ...

Unfortunately, from the outside the apartments are senior friendly but once inside it feels more like a anti-social cave. If you have a four-legged companion, these apartments are not for you. Pet owners are sha med and banned to sit in their cars in the parking lot with their pets. After all, dogs are not to be seen or heard here. :( more ... hide ...
