It is low rent. Put up with strange an d gossipy people. Do not let residence know if you have a car. You will be bombarded with people that will try an d take advantage of you. You will be asking the question...what did they do before I arrived? Watch out for predators. If I had known then what I know.now I would not have moved here. If you move here because rent is based on income, which comparable to city rent it is cheaper just stay in your apartment. Only go outside during the daytime hrs. Lots of drug an d alcohol abuse. more ... hide ...

Apartments need to be updated!! From the beginning of my move in there were items that did not get fixed. Appliances are old. The apartment smell like cigarette smoke and No I dont smoke. They said it was painted but didnt smell like fresh paint. Noisy neighbors that partied all night long. Violence were on the property and didnt seemed to get addressed by the office. Only saw the security officer once. Residents did not properly disposed their trash properly. Trash would be on the parking lot, by the stairwell, and outside the dumpster. Dumpsters was always overflowing. Maintenance was not knowledgeable about the work that was done in my apartment. There where days/ weeks when no one was in the office. I did receive my deposit back which was the only good thing about being there. more ... hide ...

Very nice place to live up to date landlords are super nice and they stay on theyre job I have never had a problem with any of the landlords when I moved into the apartment it was very clean the neighborhood is safe matter fact some of the people from the apartment complex helped me and my husband move our stuff that same day we moved in the people there r very friendly I love my new home I dont get why people complain its a beautiful place to live and close to ingles a gas station and a bunch of other stores Ive had apsolutly no issues and I still live here :) your experience here is what u make it and you have to follow the rules that goes with any placeMe and my husband both make 570 each and guess what we only paying 220$ Its a great place for rent so cheap I dont just give good reviews to anybody I am a legit person that says this place is legit and very very cleanStop complaining !! Take a chance on this apartment complex you will love it and u will also save money as well they are very patient and understanding more ... hide ...
