New resident here and I LOVE IT ! ! ! Toured several properties in Lebanon and this was the best by far in terms of size and price. I was really afraid there wouldnt be an opening as Wood Falls does have a wait list , but I was able to get into a third floor apartment and the stairs arent too bad. Charlotte, the property manager, has been exceptionally kind and attentive throughout the entire process and I cant say enough good things about the experience. The neighbors Ive met have all been nice and friendly as well which is a real bonus! My teenage daughter is legit insane over her walk in closet and huge bathroom and my master suite is...well, Im in love. more ... hide ...

The apartments are pretty nice but most need work done on them. The owner or manager has let them run down though if you ask them to do something they are good about responding very quickly. I think the maintenance guy i snt doing his job very well and not sure if the owner or manager knows this because they dont come around but they will know soon because I plan on letting them know. The apartment I visited has a musky odor and is very damp and the doors and door jambs were covered in mold. We told the owner or manager and he sent maintenance guy over and he claims he must have missed it but the apartment looked as though he had never been cleaned after the tenant had moved out. Kitchen cabinets hadnt been cleaned, stove not cleaned, bathroom not cleaned, carpet not cleaned or even vacuumed, and cob webs in all the corners and around the baseboards. So Im guessing the maintenance guy didnt do his job but getting paid for it anyway so Im going to let the owner or manager know whats going on see what he says. Not sure how other apartments look but the outside looks run down and could definitely use some work. Some apartments have good parking others not so well and some are wheelchair accessible and others arent. Overall wouldnt be a bad place to live if maintenance done their job. more ... hide ...

Most of the people are friendly once you get to know them. There is very limited bus service without walking a good distance during the week and none on the weekends or on holidays. It is however about a 2 minute walk to the fairgrounds. more ... hide ...

I wish I could give it a freaking 0. This is the worst apartment ever. They have mice running around. The laundry room is dirty and the washer and dryer dont clean your clothes. The maintenance people suck and they a re rude as ever. They dont get the job done right away and when they do come they leave your apartment a mess. Its no privacy.. they can invade your home whenever they feel like it. Ive gotten my car towed because they never informed me of getting a new sticker and then they say its my fault. The business hours suck. Its not convenient for a person to ever meet with the lady in the office. Its not secure as they claim. They have homeless people sleeping in the building. I like the old staff way better this new staff is horrible. I am moving out as soon as possible and I dont recommend anyone staying here. I use to love it here but This place is not my home its a prison and I feel unhappy here. I hate what its become. more ... hide ...

I went to apply for this place. In the application it clearly states that if your credit score is under 460 you are automatically denied.I received a call letting me know they were going based off of your FICO SCORE (NOT CREDIT) FICO!!! You should take into consideration that the year of 2020 was a Tragic year for MOST some people lost jobs, got behind on bills that may have caused derogatory marks on their credit.This right here explains that you wouldnt even care about your tenants to began with. Yolanda was VERY sweet and helped me out the best way she could, but the other people there are indeed liars. I wouldnt apply there if you had a hard time during the pandemic because this complex doesnt care! more ... hide ...
