The pool hasnt opened in the past THREE years. They make you pay FULL rent but do not offer full amenities. Maintenance is almost nonexistent. New guy who does nothing every month. Trash overflows regularly. Its like they are trying to make all the black people leave. They are fixing up apartments but not taking applications (at least not to black people) because I see new white people moving in regularly. Every summer we have to hear the children play in the pool at the complex next door while our children and grandchildren are hot. Something needs to be done. more ... hide ...

As with most apartment places listed online their professionally taken photos are very deceiving. We came here to talk about preleasing for the summer and the lady in the office was nice and helpful and showed us what th ey had that would suit our needs. They thought their Willow Creek apartments would be the best fit for us so my boyfriend and I took the information folder and decided to drive by this place. It was on a horrible road in a not so convenient location and it looked terrible. The parking lot was a cracked, tight mess. No way I could park there without hitting somebody and there would be no room for a single tenant to have one guest. The windows of these places looked like looking in a haunted house so Id hate to see what the inside of them looks like. No way theyre worth $875 per month. The duplexes they had at their office didnt look bad on the outside and I havent seen their other properties but I know for a fact the Willow Creek ones are out of the question. more ... hide ...

Its terrible. They dont care about nothing that goes on. Dont move over because your at risk of loosing you and your families lives. They wont get security or cameras. The only thing they care about is th eir property looking good more ... hide ...

The experience started off good but the outcome and process not so much. I should have listened to other reviews before wasting my time as well. The staff that work here are pleasant for the most part but are unfortunate ly very unprofessional with the way they handle business. Here is a note of advice to the staff if you have not fully did all the calculations needed for the processing do not call and ask for a deposit! And mislead people into thinking they got approved for a apartment. If you have a decent paying job and you are not a statistic or someone who is on welfare I would not suggest you apply here. This was a complete waste of time. You all should do your calculations before letting people apply. Then they did not try and even rectify the situation by giving our application fees back. You can not play with peoples time and money. Please put yourself in other peoples shoes when it comes to handing applicants paper work! Although I understand the reasoning on why we were not approved the situation and customer service could have been handled way better! Please read the reviews! We cant all be making this up!
